FLEETWOOD
YOUTH HUB
The Fleetwood Youth Hub, delivered in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), supports Universal Credit claimants aged 16–24 in Fleetwood and Wyre to move closer to work, training, or education.
Open to eligible Wyre residents, the Hub offers a welcoming and supportive space that provides practical, tailored help beyond traditional Job Centre appointments. Referrals are made directly through a young person’s Job Centre Work Coach, who connects them with our team in Fleetwood.
With a Work Coach based at the Hub three days a week, young people can build confidence, learn new skills, and take meaningful steps toward lasting employment and independence.
“Supporting 16–24 year olds into work, wellbeing, and long-term success.”
