COMMUNITY
NAVIGATION
Community Navigation is here to help people in Blackpool find their way forward. Delivered in partnership between Citizens Advice Blackpool and Community First, this free service offers personalised, one-to-one support for adults who are facing complex or multiple challenges in their lives.
Our Community Navigators take the time to understand what matters to you — whether that’s improving your wellbeing, finding social connections, gaining confidence, or taking steps towards employment. They’ll work alongside you to identify your goals, explore what’s holding you back, and connect you to the local support and opportunities that can make a difference.
Whether you’re dealing with health issues, financial pressures, housing difficulties, or just feeling stuck, we’re here to help you take practical steps toward a more stable and fulfilling future. With regular check-ins and encouragement along the way, our aim is to help you build confidence, independence, and hope for what comes next.
“Making life’s challenges easier to navigate.”
