Welcoming Hollie to the Community Navigators Team

We’re excited to share some great news—our team is growing! Hollie has joined us as the newest member of the Community First team, stepping into the role of Community Navigator.. With her experience and enthusiasm, Hollie will be helping us support individuals to access local services and build stronger community connections..
Meet Hollie
Hollie brings with her experience of working in the community that has fuelled her passion for supporting others and making a positive difference in people’s lives. In her previous role, she demonstrated empathy and resilience while caring for vulnerable individuals, ensuring they felt supported and valued. She has also developed strong problem-solving and management skills, along with a proactive, “can-do” attitude that enables her to adapt effectively to challenges.
When asked what excites her most about the role, Hollie shared:
“I am most looking forward to building meaningful connections within the community, empowering individuals to access the right support, and making a lasting positive impact as a Community Navigator.”

· What inspires you in your work?
“Knowing that my role can help individuals feel heard, supported and connected to the right services. Also knowing my work can empower someone to overcome challenges and build confidence”
Go-to comfort food? “Pasta!”
How do you unwind after a busy day?
“A nice walk with my miniature dachshund, Coco and spending time with my children”.
