The Welcome Table – Fleetwood | Cohort 3 📅 7th January - 11th February 2027 | 6-Week Programme A FREE six-week programme for families living in the Fleetwood area. The Welcome Table takes place every Thursday at 5pm -7pm at The Heart of the Hub Café, Bold Street, Fleetwood, FY7 6BE. Each cohort is made up of the same families attending for all six weeks, providing an opportunity to build relationships, strengthen family connections and access ongoing support. Submitting the form is a referral/request and does not guarantee a place. A Team Coordinator will contact you to discuss your requirements and confirm your booking. When completing the form: > You can book places for everyone in your household who wishes to attend. > Children's ages and schools are required. > You must live within an FY7 postcode area. > You can request the free minibus collection service if required. > Bookings close 7 days before each cohort starts. > There are 4 cohorts between September 2026 and April 2027 and families can attend only one cohort only during this funding period. > If you cannot attend, please let the team know in advance. Failure to attend without notice may result in removal from the current cohort. 🚌 Free Minibus Service A free minibus collection service is available for families who need transport. Spaces are limited and subject to availability, so please only request this if needed. If you are a Regenda tenant, a taxi may be an alternative option. Please discuss this with the team during your initial telephone consultation. 📋 Information & Photos Information provided through the referral form may be shared with our Thrive Network funding partner for monitoring, statistics and funding purposes. Participant Terms

The Welcome Table is a FREE six-week family programme held every Thursday at 5pm at The Heart of the Hub Café, Fleetwood. The programme will run through four six-week cohorts between September 2026 and April 2027. The same families attend throughout their six-week cohort. Families can attend ONE cohort only during this funding period. ELIGIBILITY The Welcome Table is for families living within an FY7 postcode area. You can request places for members of your household. Children's ages and schools must be provided when completing the booking form. Participation is completely FREE. MAKING A BOOKING Places are available by SELF-REFERRAL ONLY through the online booking form on this website. There are no school referrals. Submitting the form is a referral/booking request and does NOT guarantee a place. A member of the Welcome Table Team will contact you to discuss your requirements and, subject to eligibility and availability, confirm your booking. Bookings close 7 DAYS BEFORE each cohort starts. Please only request a place if you are able to attend the six-week programme. MINIBUS SERVICE A FREE minibus collection service may be available for families who need transport. Spaces are limited and subject to availability, so please only request the minibus if it is needed. Please select the minibus option on the booking form. A team member will discuss your requirements during your initial telephone consultation and confirm arrangements. If you are a Regenda tenant, a taxi may be an alternative option. Please discuss this with the team during your consultation. ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS Regular attendance throughout the six-week programme is important. If you cannot attend a session, please let the team know as soon as possible. If you do not attend without notice, you may be removed from the current cohort. DATA & PHOTOGRAPHS Information provided through the referral form will be used to manage your participation and understand your family's needs. Relevant information may be shared with the Thrive Network, our funding partner, for monitoring, statistics and funding purposes. Photos and videos may be taken during sessions and used on social media and promotional channels. Please tell a team member if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
