Pick N Mix Pals Group - Every Tuesday 1pm-3pm Pick ‘N’ Mix PALS are relaxed social sessions designed to help people connect, feel welcome, and enjoy time together in a friendly environment. Running every Tuesday from 1–3pm atBlackpool Gatehouse Church Community Centre , each session offers a simple, beginner-friendly activity. You’re always welcome to take part — or simply come along for tea, biscuits, and conversation. Activities change throughout the year and may include: > Cooking and Winter Warmers > Crafts, knitting, basket making, and seasonal activities > Community gardening projects > Singing, music, and wellbeing sessions > Gentle exercise and relaxation > Digital inclusion and creative workshops See our web-site page for the latest list of activities. Open to everyone in Blackpool You’re welcome to come alone or bring a friend, carer, or family member. Our team and volunteers are on hand to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included. Pick what you enjoy. Join in your way. Build connections at your own pace. If you feel nervous about attending, extra support is available. People referred into the service can receive personalised support from our staff and volunteer BFriends. This may include meeting someone before the group, being welcomed at the venue, or having someone to sit with during the session. Our Friendship Groups are designed to help people feel more confident, connected, and supported — from their very first visit. Free to book. Free to attend. Everyone is welcome. 1) All sessions are free to attend. 2) Participants will be asked to complete an Participants Consent form if not already registered with the BFriend & Wellbeing service. 3) We kindly ask all participants to agree to the BFriend & Wellbeing Friendship group rules as below: KEY GROUP RULES > Always be kind and respectful. > Keep the space safe and free from outside drama or politics. > Report concerns to staff early. > No fundraising or animals unless pre-approved. > Aggression is never acceptable. > Enjoy yourself, feel safe, and leave with a smile 😊
