Get School Ready with Community First!

Join us for our a fun, free community event designed to help local families prepare for the new school year.

Last year, thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we supported over 90 local families with school uniforms, school supplies and practical support. This year, we're aiming to help even more families start September feeling prepared, confident and ready to learn.

Bring the whole family along and enjoy a welcoming day filled with activities, support and free resources, including:

• 👕 School uniform (new and good quality pre-loved items)

• 🎒 Build Your Own Pencil Case Station

• 🛍️ Free food bags

• 🎨 Children's craft and colouring activities

• 🤝 Information and support stalls from local organisations

• 💙 Teen wellbeing area

• 🌭 Free hotdogs, drinks, biscuits and fruit

  
  

How You Can Help

We're also appealing for donations to support local children heading back to school. If you're able to donate, we'd love to receive:

• New or good quality school uniforms

• PE kits

• School shoes and coats

• Stationery and school supplies

• Backpacks and lunch bags

• Any other items that could help a family prepare for the new school year

Every donation, every volunteer and every shared social media post helps us reach more families across our community.
